Software-as-a-service (SaaS) buyers are no longer asking just: "What is SaaS?" "Who offers SaaS?" and "Is SaaS secure?" Inquiries to Forrester in the first half of 2010 show that SaaS buyers are now asking more sophisticated questions about how to incorporate SaaS into their overall application footprint, best practices for implementing SaaS, how to build governance and due diligence around SaaS purchases, and where to invest in organizational skill sets as their firms make greater use of SaaS.
