CRM and enterprise resource planning (ERP) are familiar enterprise systems of record for customer and financial transactions, respectively. However, there’s no equivalent system that informs firms about their ability to act on strategic plans. It’s time to create a planning and delivery ecosystem that stands as an operation system of record.
