Today's enterprise data architecture is changing to accommodate models and definitions that are frequently abstracted from data sources, federated sources, and data analytics performed during the integration and delivery process. Enterprise architecture (EA) professionals face a complex and growing array of options when coordinating data management investments. Desired technical capabilities no longer line up easily with a specific tool.
