December 17, 2015
Why Read This Brief
After a year of waiting, and much speculation, on December 15, the EU Commission, European Parliament, and Council of Ministers of the European Union finally agreed on the shared text of the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In this Quick Take, we outline the major changes to the GDPR to prepare security and risk (S&R) pros for the tough road ahead.
