Mobile apps have become the channel of choice for millions of banking customers. To gauge the ease and effectiveness of mobile banking experiences, we evaluated the mobile banking apps of four banks in Australia. In 2025, Westpac has the strongest app, but all four banks have work to do to engage with and drive value for users.
