This RFP template is intended to help SVM pros start building an RFP document for corporate mobile and data services. It can be used for domestic and multicountry mobile services provisioning. However, it is meant to be a starting point baseline template only. You will need to tailor it to fit your specific needs - for example: 1) including additional services like mobile telecom expense management (M-TEM) services, mobile device management (MDM),etc.; 2) including an additional section related to service provider roaming or management partnerships; and 3) mandatory or desired service levels for different (international) markets or user types. This could involve adding and/or removing sections, and providing more details about your specific additional requirements.
