Summary

Our research tells us that people love ratings and reviews. In fact, they rely on them for a majority of purchases. However, the days of simple stars and paragraphs are long gone. The use of ratings and reviews continues to evolve as eBusiness professionals seek to increase the already high value of the content users submit by extending the types and sources of content and the use of the collected user feedback. The access to, and application of, these tactics will assist eBusiness professionals in deriving value from customer feedback throughout the organization and creating enhanced customer value in the process.
