Summary

Although enterprise service bus (ESB) products are an early focus for purchase by service-oriented architecture (SOA) users, SOA management products have more-sustained buying focus and also correlate more strongly with SOA satisfaction. But beyond the products, there's something more important: the governance practices you adopt with SOA, which do the most to ensure satisfaction.
