The company has gradually evolved its delivery capabilities and today acts as the lighthouse provider for a new service paradigm that Forrester calls Converged Service Delivery (CSD). By enabling converged end-to-end service management across the formerly distinct layers of IT and telecom infrastructures, T-Systems is delivering high-value business solutions. While the breadth and maturity of its current CSD offering are strong, T-Systems needs to work harder to convert its early-mover advantage into a sustainable business success for the company.
