T-Systems was one of the first service providers capable of delivering IT and telecommunication services through an integrated offering. The company has gradually evolved its delivery capabilities and today acts as the lighthouse provider for a new service paradigm that Forrester calls Converged Service Delivery (CSD). By enabling converged end-to-end service management across the formerly distinct layers of IT and telecom infrastructures, T-Systems is delivering high-value business solutions. While the breadth and maturity of its current CSD offering are strong, T-Systems needs to work harder to convert its early-mover advantage into a sustainable business success for the company.
