The Internet plays an important role in European consumers' retail habits, and its influence will only grow. Our data shows that just over two-thirds of European online consumers shop online, although there's still a North-South divide: The UK, Sweden, and Germany currently lead in eCommerce adoption, but the biggest opportunity for eCommerce growth lies in Italy and Spain. This report gives insight into how European consumers' current and future retail behaviors vary by region and how these will change in the future.
