The Forrester Wave™: EFM Vendors, Market Insights Platform Providers, Q3 2011
IBM SPSS, Globalpark (QuestBack), and Confirmit Lead A Strong, Close Pack
September 27, 2011
Why Read This Report
In Forrester's 76-criteria evaluation of five market-insights-focused enterprise feedback management (EFM) vendors, we found that IBM SPSS; Globalpark, a QuestBack company; and Confirmit led the pack. IBM SPSS was at the top because of its rich capabilities and strong focus on predictive analytics. For Globalpark, it was due to the firm's forward-thinking vision and strategy and unique approach to data and meta integration. And for Confirmit, it was because of its extremely open platform and accessibility levels enabling all users within the organization — from novice to power user — to leverage the platform. The remaining two vendors, Vovici, a Verint Systems company, and Vision Critical, give chase in a closely run race, the former because of its strong reporting capabilities and ability to work with global companies, and the latter because of its extensive market research background, innovative product solutions, and strong professional services team.
