It's been four years since SAP first unveiled Business ByDesign (ByD), its software-as-a-service (SaaS) enterprise resource planning (ERP) application suite aimed at medium-size companies. Forrester believes that ByD now represents a viable SaaS offering worthy of consideration by business process pros.
