Forrester surveyed 300 senior IT managers in North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific regarding the state of their business-to-business (B2B) integration infrastructure and plans for future enhancements. We found that respondents are facing a number of business and technical challenges that are driving two key trends: widespread plans to enhance B2B integration capability and a growing role for comprehensive integration solutions (CISes) in supporting end-to-end integration, including B2B. Application development and delivery professionals should consider whether these trends apply locally as they plan for B2B infrastructure improvements inside their organizations.
