March 21, 2011
Why Read This Report
Businesses large and small are continuing to invest in a range of collaboration technologies. This, of course, misses the promise of these technologies to accelerate business processes. There is a link between collaboration software and business processes like project management and product development. To realize benefits of collaborative business processes, though, C&C pros must work to integrate these tools into business processes like product development and workflows.
