This report shares these perspectives from our "Digital Experience Executive Conversations" series, in which Forrester conducted interviews with seasoned digital business and experience executives across industries and geographies. The work focused on assessing their companies' readiness to anticipate the needs of their customers and serve them proactively. As part of that study, we asked them some baseline questions about the state of their current and planned digital experiences.
