Application development and delivery (AD&D) pros looking for providers to design and build these have hundreds of choices, but few options can create real disruption. In our 20-criteria evaluation of mobile enterprise application services providers, we identified and evaluated the nine most significant ones — Accenture, Capgemini, Deloitte, EPAM, IBM, Infosys, LiquidHub, Tata Consultancy Services, and Wipro.
