Forrester has been tracking almost 50 private cloud service providers that deliver products or services to enterprises. This report refreshes Forrester's high-level overview of this landscape for infrastructure and operations (I&O) professionals and is the first in a series of three reports that detail the vendor landscape segments of the private cloud market. This report focuses primarily on taxonomy and mapping each vendor across three major private cloud categories: preintegrated converged systems, software-only solutions, and services. This is an update to a previously published report; Forrester reviews and updates it periodically for continued relevance and accuracy.
