Integration competency centers (ICCs) have proven to be key catalysts for integration project success, and IT organizations are deploying them in growing numbers. However, the size and mission of the ICC varies significantly depending on key attributes of your organization, including its size, degree of autonomy or governance, and amount of integration work.
