Organizations globally adopt Forrester’s Zero Trust information security model to modernize security infrastructure. Gaining cross-organization stakeholder buy-in for new Zero Trust initiatives, however, continues to be an obstacle. Helping stakeholders understand their role in the implementation of Zero Trust and setting realistic expectations are vital to effectively manage resources and reduce negative operational impact. Security and risk leaders can use Forrester’s Zero Trust RASCI Chart template to provide stakeholders with a list of activities and identified roles to delineate responsibilities and expected outcomes from Zero Trust initiatives.
