Springboard Research notes continuing media and industry attention on the (perceived) lack of security in the cloud. While cloud computing does indeed come with many inherent security risks, Springboard Research believes that, in a significant number of cases, cloud computing can actually provide more security benefits than traditional on-premises IT.
