Vendor prequalification questionnaires are used to streamline the procurement process by determining in advance of a bidding event which vendors meet your company’s criteria for doing business. Vendors are directed to an online survey or a downloadable form that takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. The data captured includes the contact information, tax ID number, proof of financial viability, diversity classification, insurance information, and products and/or services classifications. This template includes the most commonly included questions and can be used as a starting point to start a prequalification program.
