In Forrester’s Priorities Survey, 2022, respondents said analytics, digital experience (DX), and digital operations are among the top platform strategies they currently employ. Globally, 54% of those at future fit companies are implementing DX platforms; 48% are implementing digital operations platforms like ERP and CRM to power transactions, operations, and compliance.
