Hydrasight's primary research indicates that the enterprise ITO's approach to application management in Asia Pacific remains fragmented and reactive at best. Multiple organizational silos exist, with differing approaches and methods continuing to be used dependent upon the particular type of IT/business project, technology platform, and stage within the application life cycle. Similarly, respondents to our 2008 research study indicated varying levels of (perceived) maturity and importance in their approach to application management.
