In the Forrester Wave™: Autonomous Testing Platforms, Q4 2025, we evaluated 15 leading vendors shaping the autonomous testing platform (ATP) market and interviewed 37 customers about their experiences. This report presents these customers’ perspective on how they use these platforms in practice, including insights into vendor relationships, platform capabilities, and their adoption of autonomous AI-powered features. It also offers recommendations for both the users and vendors of autonomous testing platforms to improve their experience.
