We surveyed 163 executives who used a third-party SAP services partner and acted as references for our 2015 Forrester Wave™ evaluation. The references were generally happy and would recommend their partner overall — but they still had some great recommendations for pitfalls to avoid. Cultural fit, global capabilities, resources, price, and experience were among the top factors that influenced the project success. This report provides insight for AD&D pros on considerations for picking the right services partner for SAP implementation projects.
