I&O organizations have stumbled trying to inject flexibility back into the environment and make the shift from a pure delivery model to one focused on enablement. Something as simple as network access can be a significant challenge in a mobile world. Many of the challenges stem from organizational and technology silos built on years of centralization and standardization.
