BT Global Services (BT GS) is definitely on its way to offering Converged Service Delivery (CSD) solutions. Yet, it is BT GS's strategic partnership with HP that makes it a strong CSD player today. On an individual basis, BT GS is forming many partnering initiatives with companies like Microsoft, Sonic, and Cisco Systems to strengthen its position within the enterprise market. However, to win more CSD business on its own, BT GS must better formulate its plan for a complete CSD platform to provide a single business service-level agreement (SLA).
