Suppliers should not enter into software-as-a-service (SaaS) reseller agreements without consulting a qualified legal practitioner. SaaS reseller agreements define the responsibilities of a supplier and the company intending to sell or license the supplier’s SaaS solution to customers. Suppliers should execute a legal agreement with all resellers to protect the brand, maintain a consistent customer experience and mitigate conflict. In this report, we outline the essential elements that should be considered and included in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) reseller agreement.
