Forrester surveyed 221 IT decision-makers about their application maintenance habits and preferences — how they organize, budget, and transfer knowledge, as well as what they would do to increase maintenance productivity, given adequate funding. CIOs should take note of the root-cause problems in this report and note the curative suggestions for improvement.
