CMOs Are Enhancing Skills to Grow and Retain Top Talent and Drive High-Performance Marketing

SiriusDecisions surveyed nearly 360 CMOs globally about planned changes to their organizational structures and skill investment plans. More than four-fifths (82%) of CMOs indicated that they are planning to enable or enhance the skill set of marketing staff to support their marketing priorities. Skills that drive efficiencies, strengthen customer-centricity and drive stronger connections with business strategy were at the top of CMOs’ improvement list for marketing.
