Summary
Can AI be trusted? This question has been explored extensively in the media, culture, and academia but has only recently captured consumers’ curiosity with the advent and adoption of generative AI (genAI). This report uses data and insights from Forrester’s Global Government, Society, And Trust Survey, 2024, to analyze the state of US consumers’ trust in AI.
