The business technology (BT) agenda has fundamentally changed application development and delivery (AD&D); the stakeholder mix includes more marketers and digital leaders than ever before. Development approaches have also changed with the rise of agile methodologies. AD&D leaders need to respond by creating a new version of the business analyst (BA) role that has traditionally served as the interface between technology and business.
