We surveyed 101 European firms to find out how their customer experience research spending is changing in 2008 compared with 2007. Firms are putting more euros into quantitative customer experience measurement methods like Web analytics and customer satisfaction surveys than into qualitative methods like focus groups and behavioral research. Spending growth in persona design and design agency services lags behind.
