Overall, customers are happy with their Adobe services partners: They highlighted strengths in Adobe product expertise, commitment to their businesses, ability to align stakeholders, and strategic-level partnership. Despite their overall satisfaction, customer references have ideas for improvement. Resourcing is a challenge, particularly in Asia Pacific and parts of Europe; they would also like to see more best practices, knowledge sharing, and value delivery.
