US banks can make their websites more "sticky" by adding the types of tools consumers are interested in using to manage finances. Three in five bank PFM users only use tools on their bank's site; that means two in five are also using tools elsewhere. Banks will see the biggest impact and fastest uptake when they develop tools that customers need most: charting out spending, spend comparisons, and savings help.
