Summary

Many organizations want to move away from waterfall-based product development approaches but struggle to implement an agile approach. Do not underestimate the difficulty of abandoning a long-ingrained process, or the impact that the change will have on the people involved. In this report, we outline a three-step process for moving from a waterfall product development process to an agile approach.
