Many UK investors have started thinking about the environmental and social impacts of their investing. But how many? And who are these investors? Are they growing? Our research found that about one in eight are explicitly buying sustainable investment products, and they’re younger, wealthier, and higher-educated than the average investor. But the bigger news is the considerable group of investors who are focused on nonfinancial impacts from their investments but are not yet buying these kinds of products.
