In January 2007, Forrester surveyed enterprise architects, IT planners, and IT strategists to get their take on the current state of goal setting and measuring and reviewing enterprise architecture (EA) objectives. Survey results show that EA groups work with EA goals, but, the clarity and updating of goals often need improvement, and measurable goals virtually don't exist.
