EA adoption and understanding of its value have increased in the past few years as firms embed architecture practices to align their business and technology strategies. This report uses data from Forrester’s Modern Technology Operations Survey, 2023 and Forrester’s Modern Tech Operations Survey, 2025 to analyze these trends and provide insights that will help leaders institutionalize EA for sustained business impact.
