The Forrester/Human Resource Executive© Magazine Q2 2024 US HR Decision-Maker Survey shows that a minority of HR leaders have adopted skills intelligence technologies. Of those who have, only 33% are satisfied. Out of the 36% of HR leaders adopting the tech, most leverage capabilities from a suite provider (21%) over a standalone point solution (8%) or other means (7%) like building a solution in house. The high percentage of dissatisfaction (67%) among those leaders should compel skills intelligence vendors to clarify the value proposition presale and build up customer support, service, and strategy offerings so customers can take full advantage of this new AI-powered technology.
