While mobile’s share of digital spending lags behind its share of consumer time spent online, combined mobile advertising spending will grow at a compound annual growth rate of 24.6% through 2019. This translates into a threefold increase between 2014 and 2019, with the market reaching nearly $46 billion across search, display, and social. Of the three, social will grow the fastest, nearly overtaking display, while search will remain the largest market.
