Forrester expects that total online display and search marketing spending for the five Asia Pacific countries covered in this forecast -- Australia, China, India, Japan, and South Korea -- will grow at a five-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 15.3%. Mobile’s share of online display and search marketing is increasing at a rapid pace, and we expect it to reach 68% in 2020, up from 36.9% in 2015. China is the biggest market, accounting for over 65% of total online display and search marketing spending in Asia Pacific in 2015. This forecast estimates display and search marketing spending for five countries. It also provides an estimate of the breakdown of spending via mobile and desktop.
