Our Q4 update to the online retail sales forecast in Western Europe has found slower growth in France and stronger growth in the UK, Italy, and Ireland compared with the previous forecast. The Q4 update also increased the market sizing of the online market for home and garden, home appliances, and baby equipment following guidance from a large online retailer. Online buyers for these categories have been updated. The overall market size of the Irish online market was also revised upward. The forecast details online and offline growth across 22 product categories and 17 markets with historical data going back to 2002, and it calculates the share of online retail sales for each product category.
