The process assessment component is designed to be reused across the major HRM process areas, replicating the tool for payroll, benefits, HR administration, recruiting, compensation, talent management, time and attendance, etc. The assessment templates can be used separately or in conjunction with the HRM assessment methodology described in the "Assess Your HRM Process And Systems Capabilities" report.
