A small subset of enterprise architects have established robust business architecture practices and are currently delivering business and IT value through business architecture initiatives. But many architects are still struggling to get their business architecture practices off the ground. Members of The Forrester Leadership Boards' (FLB's) Enterprise Architecture Council identified 14 challenges common to most business architects that must be addressed along their path to a successful business architecture practice. To overcome these challenges, architects must put them in perspective and develop a clear understanding of their relationship to one another.
