Sixty-two percent of US online frequent business travelers are interested in participating in online communities with other business travelers. Interest is highest among loosely managed and unmanaged frequent business travelers. eBusiness executives at business travel providers should consider introducing online communities to appeal to frequent business travelers seeking input from other business travelers around topics such as Wi-Fi connectivity ratings, restaurant ratings, and travel tips.
