The age of generative AI (genAI) in products is here. In Forrester’s Product Management Survey, 2024, more than half of product management decision-makers indicated that their organizations are embedding genAI into their products. They are starting small, with 37% of respondents indicating that these capabilities are only in a small portion of their products at present — but more than 20% say it’s in some or all the organization’s products.
