Forrester survey data shows that one year into the pandemic, German employees were growing increasingly frustrated with their government’s management of the pandemic. In March 2021, Forrester conducted its fourth PandemicEX survey to measure the sentiment of Germany’s and Europe’s employees. Compared with their European colleagues, German employees show a greater interest to embrace flexible working and are less concerned about getting back to the office, but they’re more hesitant to get vaccinated. This report outlines how German employees feel about remote working, vaccinations, and the potential return to “normal” work one year into the pandemic.
