Forrester’s Software 1 Survey, 2023, reports that 66% of global software decision-makers are adopting this technology. Of those organizations, 66% are satisfied with their current solution and plan to keep it, a 9% increase from 2022. Only 23% of adopting organizations are evaluating or planning to replace their current software with another product from the same vendor, a 9% decrease from last year.
