HR service delivery software is a growing area of an organization’s tech infrastructure. It enables HR teams to track their interactions with employees and partially manage employee experiences. According to Forrester’s Software 1 Survey, 2023, 66% of global software decision-makers report that their organizations are adopting HR service delivery software. Of these organizations, 66% are satisfied with the product and plan to keep it, a 9% increase in satisfaction from 2022. Only 24% of organizations are evaluating or planning to replace the software with another product from the same vendor, a decrease of 9% from 2022.
